Exceeds my expectations

I needed a small amp that I can easily carry on my bicycle for jazz combo gigs in small venues. Getting a great jazz sound is quite important to me, and since the other small amps I tried were "just OK" I decided to take a chance on the Spark 2 before its official release.

The setup and learning curve were quick, and I was able to dial in a very convincing Deluxe Reverb tone easily. The next night I took it to rehearsal with 16 piece Latin jazz orchestra with drums and percussion. This group is LOUD, and the Spark 2 held its own - I was even asked to turn it down! Since then I've had lots of compliments from other musicians. The FRFR sounds great when streaming music with Bluetooth, so now I find I'm using the Spark 2 for practice more than my main amp.

I've only just scratched the surface of features and tones, and I'm really happy with it. My only criticism is a small one: there is no spring reverb, and the alternatives are good but not great.

Positively surprised!

I ordered this on a whim just to use as a bedroom "toy" to play around different effects, and was also expecting a lot of bugs/issues with the app.

It's quite powerful and build quality has been impressive so far. To be fair, app is not the best but I was expecting worse and it works smooth enough. As a bluetooth speaker, it also does a respectable job. The only part I have slight issues with is the looper, which I could not get fully yet, but it might be just me.

Perfect Beginner Amp

Any sound anyway you like it just like you hear it with the greats, i didn't realise how easy it was going to be or if this product existed in the first place but it does and it's everything and better I expected it to be and it has genuinely made me play and appreciate my guitar more.

Excellent product, app has room to improve

Great high quality amp with amazing and powerful sound. The various physical knobs are handy. The app at least for iOS has room to improve. Connecting to Spotify doesn't work at all and connecting the music from iPhone via Bluetooth works so and so.
