    1. Soutěže realizuje Thomann GmbH, majitel: Hans Thomann, Hans-Thomann-Straße 1,
      D-96138 Burgebrach, Německo.
  2. Účast
    1. Účastníkem soutěže mohou být výhradně osoby nad 18 let.
    2. Účast v soutěži spočívá ve správném zodpovězení všech soutěžních otázek, vyplnění registračního formuláře a odeslání prostřednictvím tlačítka "Odeslat" firmě Thomann GmbH
      Stiskem tlačítka "Odeslat" potvrzuje účastník, že souhlasí se zde uvedenými podmínkami pro účast a prováděcími podmínkami.
    3. Účastník zodpovídá za správnost uvedené emailové adresy a/nebo poštovní adresy. Přijetí soutěžních odpovědí a registračního formuláře je elektronicky evidováno.
  3. Vyloučení z účasti v soutěži
    1. Zaměstnanci firmy Thomann GmbH, kooperační partneři a jejich příbuzní jsou z účasti vyloučeni.
    2. V případě porušení těchto podmínek pro účast, zvláště v případě použití pomocných prostředků a jiných manipulací, si Thomann GmbH vyhrazuje právo vyloučit dotyčné osoby ze soutěže. Při takovém porušení pravidel může být také dodatečně výhra odebrána nebo požadována zpět.
  4. Provádění a průběh
    1. Thomann GmbH bude výherce písemně emailem nebo poštou informovat a může je jmenovitě uveřejnit na stránkách www.thomann.de. Výherce výslovně souhlasí s touto formou uveřejnění.
      Nárok na výhru zaniká, pokud nemůže být výhra předána z důvodů, kterou jsou na straně dotyčné osoby. V takovém případě bude losováním vybrán nový výherce.
    2. Předmět, který byl v rámci soutěže prezentován jako cena, nemusí být nutně identický se získaným předmětem. Mohou se vyskytnout rozdíly v modelu, barvě apod.
    3. Věcné ceny budou odeslány firmou Thomann GmbH, resp. pověřenou přepravní společností na výhercem uvedenou doručovací adresu.

      V případě doručení spediční službou bude pracovník spedice výherce telefonicky kontaktovat, aby domluvil termín doručení.
    4. Výměna výher, výplata v hotovosti nebo jakákoli jiná nahrada výhry jsou vyloučeny.
    5. Nárok na výhru nebo náhradu výhry nelze postoupit třetí osobě.
  5. Ochrana osobních údajů
    1. Účastník výslovně souhlasí s tím, aby Thomann GmbH uložil po dobu trvání soutěže všechny potřebné údaje a předal je výlučně za účelem zprostředkování výhry dané partnerské firmě, která smí osobní údaje ukládat rovněž jen po dobu trvání soutěže. Každý účastník může kdykoli oficiální odstoupit z účasti na soutěži. Odvolání směřujte prosím na adresu:
