They're cheap, have a nice & bright RnR growl, and can last for a very long time if soaked regularly with Dunlop Formula65 String Cleaner (or other string cleaners).
With a 25,5" scale guitar, I found the string tension in standard tuning to be just fine, and they don't go out of tune any faster that the other brands I tried.
For playing live, it is probably wiser to change them after every show, or go for more expensive sets, but they do the job just fine for me (bedroom guitarist).
I didn't experience any QC issue, after a good dozen sets, so I'd recommend them without any hesitation.
