Note: The fret file is not suitable for working on stainless steel frets, the extreme hardness of the material can damage the diamond coating of the file, this does not constitute a reason for an exchange or complaint if the file is defective after use on stainless steel frets.

Mit dem Set "MusicNomad Diamond U-File MN 813" lassen sich sehr gut einzelne zu hohe Bünde auf die gleiche Höhe wie die Nachbarbünde herunterschleifen. Dabei müssen nicht einmal die Saiten entfernt werden. Da es immer wieder bei neuen Instrumenten vorkommt, dass bestimmte Bünde verhindern, eine optimale Saitenlage einzustellen, ist das ein sehr empfehlenswertes Werkzeug. Es ist nur zu empfehlen, wenn man relativ viel von der Bundhöhe wegnehmen musste, anschließend die Krone mit einem entsprechenden Werkzeug wieder herzustellen und die Oberfläche zu polieren.

Si eres Luthier profesional esta herramienta te vendrá fenomenal.
Debido a su diseño, puedes nivelar puntos altos concretos en los trastes. Superficie plana para los trastes contiguos y lima nivelada para trastes central. Además por si diseño puedes nivelar ese traste concreto sin quitar las cuerdas, lo que facilita el trabajo en un momento dado. Recomiendo luego recoronar y pulir siempre.
