Behringer Monitor 1Control speakers

I was looking for a pair of speakers to use outside in a covered area away from rain or sun. These looked good but I had no idea how great they would sound when connected up to a Kenwood power amp. I'm very pleased with them and would buy again without hesitation.

This pair is of course optically and also from application to the well-known template (!).

I use these monitors for my small surround system as a rear speaker and because they do your service very well and then a second pair for live gigs as interruption at the mixer, or even as a small sounding when it does not have to be loud.

In advance: They all still live, do not scratch and the housings also keep smaller falls easily.

In the bass range, the small ones are really amazing, but of course you can not push in too much power, since they then quickly "knock" start ... in the studio as interceptions, they are not necessarily suitable, but when you go a few for the journey On workshops or similar needs, then it is also very good with them - but you should play a bit with the EQ before, so that the sound image is balanced. So that means already schonmal "bass out".

Well, in the high range, they are interestingly not exaggerated well-resolving, which means "no, they do not hiss my ears away" and you have thanks to the built-in protection for the tweeters also not afraid that one grills these equal. If the protection should respond once, then simply wait and see everything in the upper frequency range. Well done!

What else is there to say - near-sounding we had, language they also very well, perhaps somewhat too mumpy. Music make them also very good, as mentioned as a replacement for surround sound systems, which do not sound so synonymous to recommend. For the price you have to look really long until you get a PAIR! Gets that is so cheap and brings these features all. Also the stability of the case is very good despite plastic, as said - even crashes from the wall or tables do not matter much to you. The loudspeaker connection terminals do what they are supposed to and are absolutely sufficient.

Ergo: the purchase decision is not wrong, even if one would rather have the originals, which are not even as single loudspeakers in the most favorable version at this price to be had ...: o)
