Ich hatte die Traveler zum Üben im Urlaub gekauft. Dafür ist sie ausreichend, die Verarbeitung ist gut. Die Saitenlage war zwar ausreichend eingestellt, ich konnte aber die Halskrümmung noch etwas optimieren.
Die Bünde sind gut abgerichtet und die Kanten ausreichend verrundet.
Die Mechaniken sind einfach, das Stimmen ist etwas umständlich, auch durch die höhere Reibung der Saiten durch die Umlenkung.
Der akustische Sound ist natürlich dünn, aber zum leisen Üben im Urlaub völlig in Ordnung, eher hilfreich. ;-)
Ich habe die Traveler verstärkt über einen alten Guitar Trainer gespielt, der Piezo klingt etwas metallisch, so wie die alten Ovation Gitarren.
Über alles gesehen ist der Preis für ein Ost-Asien Produkt doch hoch, dafür kriegt man heute auch eine 'richtige' und gut klingende Gitarre aus Asien. Deswegen in der Gesamtbewertung und den Features nur drei Sterne, ansonsten wären es vier geworden.
