Extremely faulty and poor quality

Bought it and assembled it. Worked nicely. I added my first synth to the top draw, yay, no problem. Added my second synth to the next drawer and first problem became obvious. The back attachments for each shelf hangs down 3-4 centimeters in the back so unless all your synths are less than 5 centimeters tall then you can never use all the drawers at once.

After discovering this issue I of course tried to adjust the height of the shelves which includes having to remove and reattach the shelf mounts. The shelf mounts got slightly bent in the process and when I had to do it again they got even more bent. Now the shelf won’t attach to the mounts and one shelf is dead.

Now I have 2 functioning shelves instead of three, but paranoid to move them to new positions.

I’ve asked for replacement parts from Thomann, but they say that they don’t have any meaning I have to take the whole thing apart again and send it back.
