Does the job well, but it's a dust factory!

I opted to use this curtain to cover the window in my home studio. It does the job well, despite not being very thick,

The only detriment is that the fabric practically radiates dust!
I'm lucky to have an air purifier at my disposal, but to anyone who doesn't; I'd recommend that you vacuum the curtains every now and then, so that the dust doesn't damage anythbing sensitive. Especially if you have condenser mics standing around without anything covering the grille!

Takes time to get used to

This is a quality curtain. Needs work like any other fabric. Used it for self made acoustic panel coating, also use it as curtain in studio. Acoustically its fine. What is not that nice is that it has a specific smell to it which will take time to get rid of.
It also needs cleaning vacuuming or washing, because it emits dust. Used vacuum cleaner to remove all the dust coming off of it. It might not emit dust in the beginning but will if used as curtains and if they move.

With this anti noise curtain you can be sure that your home studio will not let anything through
I recommend it to you to attenuate certain place of the room at lower cost

Smells really bad

The fabric smells really bad. Must be due to some fire protection chemical.

I installed 20m2 of this curtain to my studio but not sure if I can keep them because of the smell. The whole room needs to be ventilated for 15 minutes before it’s usable and still there’s a strong odor in the air. I hope the smell wears off in time.

Might be ok in big ventilated spaces but do not choose this product for your studio if you are sensitive to smells.
