The solar plexus singing bowl is slightly smaller than the small pelvic singing bowl, but larger than the joint bowl
The sound and vibration pattern stimulates the stomach and upper abdominal area
The first contact with the basic sound massage is usually with the pelvic singing bowl on the solar plexus area
Some people find the pelvic singing bowl too heavy at the beginning of the treatment
In such cases, the solar plexus bowl is a pleasant way to gently relax the entire upper abdomen

Although this is a therapy bowl to be used in the body, I recently use it for a sound bath and it was fantastic. The resonance is long I mixed the sound of the Peter hess bowl with the sounds of with crystal bowls and it was perfect. I love this bowl and the many uses it has.
