Excellent all around cab

I purchased the MB58R 102 Pure 4 to cover a range of instruments from Ibanez 6-string funk, to Warwick acoustic fretless, MK EUB jazz and folk, and Carved Double Bass for Jazz. I use a Warwick Gnome V2 USB to drive the cab and rarely have gain and volume up anywhere near noon. The ability to switch off or reduce the tweeter provides headroom to shape the tone needed for each musical style. The 2x10 are clear and tight helping to reduce feedback on the acoustic instruments, but lower end drops off a bit reducing the impact of low B and DB.... But... the PA subs pick it back up. Very impressed with the weight, I also have an early 12in GR Carbon Fibre Bass Cab and they are both comparable in the portability scale. Choose the 4 Ohm to fully use power output of the Gnome, and only need to hear it on stage as no plans to ever double up cabs. My recommendation.... it will be staying in my collection for sure.

Geschenk für meine Frau

Meine Frau spielt Bass und ich habe ihr diese Box geschenkt.
Sie ist damit sehr zufrieden und wir sind beide mehr als erstaunt, wie so eine leichte Box, so groß und gut klingen kann.
Da haben Markbass aus unserer Sicht ganze Arbeit geleistet.
Betrieben wird sie bei uns an einem EBS Reidmar.

Die Box ist super leicht, sieht gut und hochwertig aus und klingt fantastisch.

Ce bafle est vraiment léger, en même temps il descend plutôt bien dans les basses et peut avoir pas mal d'aigus (il y a 3 switches à l'arrière pour doser le tweeter). Le médium n'est pas oublié, avec la config 2x10 pouces. Le rendement est bon. Je l'ai couplé avec un gnome i pro, ça marche bien.
J'ai mis que 4 étoiles pour la qualité de fabrication car les coins en plastique, le revêtement en sorte de moquette, le matériau bio-dégradable doivent faire leurs preuves avec le temps. Ceci dit la grille avant est en métal, ça c'est rassurant.

Druckvoll, kompakt, super

Die Box ist klar und druckvoll, die Töne kommen differenziert, die Bässe schieben und die Höhen sind durchsichtig und klar. Die Box lässt sich gut transpotrieren, sieht auch noch gut aus. Ein echter Gewinn.
