Das Fiberreed Carbon Bariton MH spricht gut an, ist m.E. zu vergleichen mit ca. der Stärke 3,5. Der Sound ist als voll-warm-leicht dumpf zu bezeichnen, gut geeignet für langsame / smoothy Stücke. Es lässt eine tolle Interpretation zu / hat einen individuellen Charakter. Mit "ihm" muss man "arbeiten". Das Blättchen macht einen sehr stabilen Eindruck.
Im Vergeich habe ich das Forestone F3 getestet - dieses Blättchen bedarf keiner großen Anstrengung und kann stundenlang gespielt werden. Der Sound ist schlicht-klar/hell-geradeaus. Es fehlt der Charakter. Das Blättchen macht ebenfalls einen stabilen Eindruck.
