A top quality kit at an affordable price

A DW maple shell kit at a knocked down price. The quality is what you expect from DW, but a much more affordable price.
Pros: It looks fantastic. The flat black is awesome, and the chrome is the same quality as their more expensive kits.
The matt black finish is the best one to go for as add-ons are easily available. I've bought the 12" floor tom, an 8" tom and an extra bass drum for this kit. Ratatoms (DW Octobans) are also available.
Cons: The heads. The heads are good, but the same for both batter and resonant sides. But this is one of the reasons the kit comes cheaper, and we all change our drum heads, so it's not really a con.

Very nice DW shell kit delivered to UK, quickly, well packaged and at a good price.

This shell kit does require some assembly but it's quite straightforward

The build quality, sound and look of this drum pack is very nice and we're very pleased with it

Thomann provided great communications and met delivery times with no import or additional costs to UK - Highly recommend both DW Drums and Thomann

Schönstes Drum ever!!!

Habe noch nie so eine schöne Farbe gesehen. Es ist etwas zwischen Matt schwarz und Anthrazit. Mit den DW-Symbolen sieht das ganze wunderschön aus.

Der Sound ist super gut. Ich bekam von vielen Musikern und Drummern die auch in meine Kirche gehen oder damit spielen eine sehr gute Rückmeldung. Sogar ein paar laien haben gesagt das sie das Drum extrem schön finden, auch vom Klang her.

Würde ich jedem weiterempfehlen!

Une super batterie

Voilà plus de 6 mois que je joue dessus, répète et concert, dans une style punk, métal, le son est vraiment punchy. Elle se règle très facilement et reste accordée longtemps. Les tom suspendus ne bougent pas, c’est vraiment du solide. Le Tom basse malgré sa petite taille est super. La grosse caisse est une tuerie, un gros son qu’elle soit maté ou non. C’est un gros budget mais elle vaut son pesant d’or. Pour finir en plus du super son elle a vraiment une belle gueule! Je l’ai prise en noir mat, c’est la classe !!!!
