D'Addario EXL, 25 sets

D'Addario strings are a quite a standard and I assume anyone buying 25 sets at once knows what they are: good strings; bright, nice sound; on this instance, rather on the robust side (11-49), perfectly fine for long scale guitars (like a strat). So, no problem with the strings.

25 sets are lots of sets so make sure your do need so many sets (it turned out I didn't).

The way to get the strings out is not very practical it is rather hard and despite my best efforts you pull out a whole lot of 25 when you're trying to get one out.

The very good pro is that you save a lot on plastic packaging.

Not what I thought I was buying but glad I got it.

When I first bought this product I thought I was buying a box containing individual string sets. Not the case. I know I should probably read the packaging closer I'm discovered that it was in fact a bundle off strings on a spool. But soon my frustration at ordering the wrong thing, turned to "why didn't I ordered this years ago"

I find extremely helpful when changing guitar strings at home on multiple instruments, and even more hopeful when changing one I'll strings during gigs.

I carry a Steelcase for my effects pedals, leads and strings, and while it's a sizable box, it fits comfortably. With the color coding and choice of individual strings without having to open a fresh packet is great for changing strings on-the-fly.

Best guitar strings ever!

I have like any other guitars been twisted by all the different brands in guitar strings. I have tried almost 10 different brands and it has always led me to these strings.

I have used D'addario for all my guitars and I just love it!

The sound is amazingly clear and for me who is very strict with taking good care of my guitars, the strings last for months!
If they tend to get dirty they're very easy to clean. Just a light swipe with a clean cloth and you're good to go!

When I first saw this bulkset I immediately said to myself "I'VE GOTTA' HAVE ONE OF THOSE!"
Now I do, I love the solution that instead of opening a whole new fresh pack of strings, you just pull the string you desire out from the box and apply it to the guitar.

Cheap but not so easy to use

This is a great way to buy strings if you don't want to kill your wallet. The bad point of the product is the way it's built in the box. I was unable to get any string out without unboxing them completely ( you should be able to take one string at a time out of it without opening everything.) Anyway, it's a good product. The strings are nice.
