BE AWARE, ONLY 44 routes possible per preset, this product is scam!

This product is unusable; it is a scam on the customer! Nowhere is it stated that the maximum number of routes is limited to 44 (including all expanders, which are literally for nothing). This is unusable for any larger studio. Do not buy it!

I'm left expecting much from firmware updates

This is a very well built unit. It feels super sturdy. The interface is very clear and convenient to use. There's no learning curve if you already know MIDI.

I'm a bit frustrated feature-wise. I won't go into details, because it would feel like a rant, and also, there are frequent firmware updates, hopefully rendering my points moot in the future. Just check out the latest manual before buying, to make sure it does everything you need it for. I probably should have.

At least there's a feature request thread on the brand's forum. So, they apparently listen to our feedback.

Endlich eine DAWless-Lösung

Die Nutzung von mehr als 10 Midigeräte, meist mit 5-pol. Anschlüssen, mit wechselnder Nutzung kann Kabelfrust erzeugen. Das MRCC beseitigt auf einfache Weise, meist mit fast intuitiv erfassbarer Bedienung solche Probleme. Gehäuse, Anschlüsse und Bedienelemente wirken wertig. Der kleine Bildschirm stellt erstaunlich scharf eine durchdachte Menüstruktur dar. Das MRCC ist Router, Filter, Merger und mehr. Auch die Möglichkeit Einstellungen speichern und abrufen zu können ist hilfreich. Leider hat der Hersteller bisher, obwohl drei "Sondertasten" vorhanden sind, keine Möglichkeit einer Kurzwahl von Patches vorgesehen.
Für mich, der Musik gern ohne Computer macht, löst dieses Gerät viele Probleme. Einzig der Preis, zumal Rackohren "Sonderausstattung" sind, ist nach meiner Ansicht recht hoch angesetzt.
