Bought these Hats as an alternative sound to my amazing Paiste 14" Dark Energy Hi-Hats, was not disappointed, I have only ever played paiste since I began drumming 10 years ago, nothing else compares in my opinion. These hats first off, are beautiful in appearance ( I especially like the raw underside of the bell on both cymbals).

Being 15" these are naturally lower in pitch than 14s. They have a rich, glassy tone with a great chunky sound when played on the edge, they also have a beautiful, deep chick sound. Perfect hats for a bigger sound that is not too overpowering.

Ich habe mir auf gut Glück eine 15“ HiHat bestellt, habe ein bisschen herum gesucht und bin auf diese hier gestoßen. Zuerst dachte ich mir, ich kann sie ja testen und wenn sie mir nicht gefällt, kann ich sie ja zurückschicken. Aber dann war sie da… Ich war sofort total begeistert von dieser HiHat! Ich hatte noch nie zuvor so eine vielseitig einsetzbare HiHat (und ich habe immerhin 7 verschiedene Zildjian Beckensätze der Oberliga - unter anderem auch Constantinople…). Die HiHat klingt geschlossen total definiert und man kann wunderschöne deutlich hörbare Akzente darauf spielen. Geöffnet drängt sie sich jedoch nicht in den Vordergrund und klingt schrill, sondern klingt sehr schön warm, angenehm fürs Ohr. Ich habe wirklich jedes Genre (außer Metal) ausprobiert. Von Jazz angefangen, über Funk, Breakbeat, Blues, Rock, Hardrock. Diese HiHat klingt für alles Genres einfach genial! Ich werde diese Juwel nie wieder hergeben!
