The body, neck and fretboard are all very good. The guitar plays well. The magnetic pickup is clean and responsive with a clean even sound across the strings.
The piezo pickup is not good. there is very uneven response and the 6th string is so much louder than the rest that this pickup is unusable. I checked that the saddle is flat and even underneath and discovered that the pickup is just a braided wire which will be difficult to replace with a better quality item. The bridge is a disaster. It will not take rotosound 11/52 strings because the hole is too narrow to thread the wound end through. It did take d'darrio 11/52 with some pursuasion. I have no clue how the origional 12/54 were forced in. It took some effort to remove them. The 1st string has a constant buzz because the hole is too big.
The tuners look pretty but feel remote and the instrument quickly goes out of tune.
I really like the look of the instrument and in theory it fits my style and is what I have looked for. For this reason I persevered with setting it up and trying to fix the issues. I should have stuck with my initial impression and sent it back. This is not a guitar that I can use. 2.5/5

Excellent guittar for the price

Mostly well finished apart from sharp edges on the nut. Spruce table seems quite thick, neck is satin smooth and comfortable. Quiet acoustically but pretty good amplified. the piezo is much louder than the wound pickup. Not sure if the height of this pickup is adjustable.
Strings through bridge are fiddly to replace, would have preferred use of string peg design as with most steel strung acoustics.
