This is an amazing value lyre-harp! Body is made of mahogany that gives a very nice sound! It comes together with a very nice hard bag, a tuning-key, replacement strings and picks!

The only "con" I can find is that one of the string pegs is a bit lower than the others, making that string a bit lower too, but the lyre is still playable!

An almost perfect lyre harp with a perfect price from Thomann!
I just wish for a new-upgraded model with a nice internal pickup and an alternative tuning in 432Hz!

Der erste Eindruck: Sauber verarbeitet mit einem Klang, der einen sofort in Trance versetzt. Das Instrument kommt mit einer stabilen Tasche, die eine sichere Aufbewahrung gewährleistet. Gewalteinwirkungen sollte man ihr allerdings fernhalten. Außerdem Ersatzsaiten und ein paar Plektren, deren Einsatz sich bei mir aufs Stimmen beschränkt. Das ist allerdings etwas tricky. Denn schon winzigste Bewegungen des Stimmhammers schlagen sich ordentlich auf die Tonhöhe nieder. Mit etwas Geduld und Feingefühl lässt sich auch diese Klippe schaffen. Hilfreich erwies sich dabei ein Stimmgerät zum Anklemmen (hier ein SNARK wegen der Spannweite der Klammer und der weiten Verstellbarkeit. Paßte gerade an den linken Bogen). Es lassen sich auch problemlos modale Stimmungen realisieren, äolisch klingt hier sehr schön.
FAZIT: Ein Instrument, das auch dem Nicht-Harfenisten mit Experimentierfreude ganz neue Klangwelten offenbart.
