Great guitar for the money

The finish is awesome and flawless, and the curved top is very comfy. The sound is surprisingly good (for metal). And the neck is slim and super comfy to play. The strap buttons are wide enough to keep the strap secure. Electronics are solid. Balance is very good.

The guitar came detuned, but tuning up is quick, and the bridge was pre-balanced, and perfectly flat after tuning up.

Some minor flaws do exist, the first one is the tuning machines, that are a bit jumpy. Seems this is a common issue with the JSes. Some oil in the mechanism might help there. However, with a locking nut, this is not noticable from day to day - only when you change strings or else do major adjustments. I've opted to keep the tuners for this reason.

The neck came *really* dry from the factory. Recommend a round or two of lemon oil before using the guitar.

Finally, the frets are a bit rough, but it seems to play out by itself - and can of course be polished before setup.

With those small adjustments after unboxing, this is the first guitar that I've not swapped anything on at all. Impressive!

The total score I've left is based on the total price/value ratio IMO. Otherwise it's, well, a cheap guitar so no high expectations there. Apart from the usuall 1st string getting stuck over an unprecisely filed fret and the whammy bar wobbling around the socket I think the biggest problem with this guitar is the pickups. I believe the reason why it's next to impossible to draw a pinch harmonic on any string - especially the thin ones is the extremely low sensitivity and cut output coming from the two Jackson humbuckers.

Super guitare pour le prix (après ce n'est que ma deuxième électrique donc je ne sais pas si c'est juste parce que je n'est pas toucher a énormément de guitares)
Elle est très bien dans les sons métal et clean mais les micros sonnent assez froids donc ce n'est pas parfait dans tout les styles.
Le seul problème notable (pour ma pare) c'est le potard de tonalité qui frotte un peu contre la finition mais ce n'est pas un gros problème.

En conclusion super guitare surtout pour le métal.
