Thought it was great, then a few issues
Pros:
Awesome for its price. Immaculate finish, lovely red back and sides, neck and heel feel super good and is beautiful, along with awesome frets/fretwork & locking tuners.
Cons:
The selector switch is in annoying place: strumming hand bumps it. Just a just bad design and needs reposition: all controls lower on the body.
Trem spring cover is not flush with the body but the electrics cover is? again bad design or execution.
This guitar was shipped from Germany to America and survived unscathed although the outer box was beat up. All the other bits I ordered were just thrown loose with the guitar boxes: very lame. Small items needed to be inside smaller box or wrapped in padding.
Issues:
The tone knob came off really easy and did not flip to single coil. Thomann fixed with locking ones. Just order 2 to save yourself the trouble (they are bit longer so can't get just one) ~6 dollars.
There is a short with the pickups and the sound cuts out. I can reproduce by wiggling/tapping the bridge pickup. I am figuring out what to do with Thomann- disappointingly I may have to return for replacement.

Still best for it's price
Everything is okay, but frets needs polishing. You can hear and feel it making bands.
And nut needs to be ajusted better (strings was too high).
Wood and other assembly is perfect.
