ESP KH-2 Neck Thru CTM

Wanted a KH2 ESP Guitar from ESP’s Custom shop in Japan for many years. When I finally decided to pull the trigger right at the end of the COVID era - I couldn’t find a new one anywhere. Supply issues affected ESP and everyone else. I searched the internet and signed up with a bunch of musical instrument outlets in my search for the new KH2. Could find a new one anywhere, and the used ones were overpriced. After about 7 months of looking and about to give up, when I re-checked Thomann’s website. And it said they had one in Germany store. I didn’t believe it so I called immediately. I’m an American who at the time was working in Greece. On the call to Thomann was a great English speaking rep who confirmed they had the guitar and had received it about two weeks earlier. He said it was in their warehouse and they just listed it. I asked if they could help me by first hold and reserve the guitar immediately for me using my phone call, and then help me with the purchase with a wire transfer or whatever it took. They said no problem “it’s yours” and “we will send you the info on how to complete the purchase via bank transfer”. They answered my questions and concerns about import taxes and shipping to my address in Greece. I was amazed at the quality of service and I completed the purchase with ease. They kept in contact with me the entire time through delivery. It was delivered on time in great packaging with no damage. As you could imagine I was very happy to receive my 5k plus ESP Cudtom Shop guitar. The guitar is a shredder for metal and rock, and plays so easily.
