Der Klang ist absolut genial und übertrifft hochpreisige sets

Ich hatte bereits ein DW Collector Series und ein Sonor SQ2 Set welche weit hochpreisiger waren. Aber vom Klang betrachtet, kann dieses Set definitiv mithalten. Für mich übertrifft es klanglich auch das Sonor SQ2. Zur farbe twisted ivory - leider ist es deutlich weißer als es auf den Fotos wirkt. Auf den Fotos sieht es Sandfarben aus, ist es aber leider nicht. Verarbeitung für diesen Preis vollkommen ok allerdings nerven die TRomhalterungen und die memory locks. Das könnte man besser lösen. Sonor hat dies beim SQ2 deutlich angenehmer verarbeitet allerdings kostet das dann auch mehr als das dreifache - somit für diesen Preis für mich total in Ordnung. Die Snare klingt richtig gestimmt selbst mit den mitgeliferten Fellen sehr gut. Die Bassdrum drückt dich einfach weg, genauso wie es sein soll. Die Toms sind einfach klanglich so voll und weich. Die klingen für mich einfach genau so wie sie sein sollen. Bem SQ2 beispielsweise hat mich der Tom sound nie vom hocker gehaut, egal welche Felle und welche stimmung, sie haben mir nie gefallen. beim dem PDP CM ist der Klang einfach wie bei meinem alten dw collector. Also wer einen satten warmen sound sucht aber nicht allzuviel geld ausgeben möchte ist mit diesem Set absolut richtig beraten. Vorallem punkto Snare - KEIN Set das ich in diesem preis sektor bespielt habe (doch schon so einige) haben einen solch genialen snare sound.
