- For owners of a valid Avid Pro Tools Studio Carbon annual licence
- Extends an existing annual licence for 12 months from the date of activation
- Includes all software upgrades and updates within the 12-month term
- Includes Perpetual Parachute, which allows the licence to continue to be used after expiry without updates and support
Note: Cannot be used in conjunction with Avid Pro Tools perpetual licences, older versions of Pro Tools and when Upgrade and Support Plan has expired.
