Fitting name for a ride!

The Power Bell ride does exactly what it says. It has a massive bell that will cut through pretty much anything. When playing on the bow, the stick definition is very clear and defined. Perfect for heavier music, but works ok with softer styles of music as well. This is my main ride for all my metal and rock projects and will be for years to come.

If played with thinner sticks + a sizzler, it can sound good for jazzy stuff, but be aware that this is a really loud cymbal and it will ring..a lot.
Might not be suitable if you're playing very small rooms with no overheads or a good PA.

Pro:
defined and pingy sound.
Heavy bell

Con:
Can be too loud for small venues/clubs.

Diese Ride hält genau was sie verspricht. Nämlich richtig viel Power. Ein schöner, definierter Pingsound ohne allzu glockig oder nervend zu klingen. Die Bell ist einfach der Hammer. Sehr mächtiges Teil! Damit macht ihr euren Gitarristen richtig Angst!

Impressionnante Power Bell Ride 22"

Elle me donne toujours autant de frissons après 2 ans de jeu en studio et concerts. Cette "Power Bell Ride 22" a été à la hauteur en toutes circonstances: précision et tenue de la note, projection, cloche puissante. Cette Ride est très présente mais ne couvre pas les autres instruments. Vous pouvez jouer discret sur les extérieurs, très présent au milieu et puissant au centre. Visuel, sonore et de qualité c'est un choix que je ne regrette vraiment pas!! Pour la noter je lui donne 18/20 parce qu?on peut toujours faire mieux (mais à quel prix)! Son polissage est facile, les gravures ne bougent pas. Je la recommande vraiment!

Schon als ich das Becken auspackte, war ich hin und weg. Es sieht einfach wirklich gut aus! Besonders die extra große unbehandelte Glocke wirkt super.
Als ich das Becken dann ausprobierte, war ich noch mehr überzeugt. Dieses Becken klingt einfach herrlich! Es ist sehr Tief und schwer und schwingt daher nicht sonderlich mit. Wirklich crashen kann man dieses Becken nicht, da es durch das Gewicht und die Größe ziemlich laut wird, wenn man es stärker anspielt. Für gefühlvolleres Spielen auf jeden Fall sehr gut.
Besonders in sich hat es die Glocke. Diese hat einen so tiefen klang, dass man auf eine Cowbell vollstens verzichten kann. Trotz dass sie so groß und tief klingt, klingt sie in keinster Weise zu laut, oder spielt sich zu sehr in den Vordergrund. Alles in allem ein wunderschönes Becken. Es hat zwar einen stolzen Preis, aber c'mon, es ist handgehämmert und für dieses Becken ist der Preis absolut gerechtfertigt.
