You’ll be familiar with the typical problems many amp modelling solutions have, especially the way that crunch sounds often sound pale and anaemic just at the threshold where the distortion would normally start to kick in. This Profiling Amp is the solution. Exactly how natural the profiles sound is something guitarists will have to decide for themselves. Especially interesting are the range of options available to alter vital sound-shaping components like the age of the tubes or the speaker model, offering a huge range of options to create new tones. But the guys at Kemper know exactly how important effects are in shaping your tone, with 8 effect slots for 6 selectable modelled effects (classic distortion, rotary speaker, chorus, wah etc.) as well as delay and reverb. This gargantuan sound package also includes handy tools like a tuner and a remote control option via MIDI. Because it doesn’t have a power amp, you can plug it into your own or directly into a mixer, which means less hassle because the model, speaker and mic configurations are already set up and ready to rock. Kemper Profiling Amplifier WH, the Kemper profiling technology allows you to take a precise sound snapshot of an existing amplifier setup including speaker cabinet & microphone(s). This snapshot can then be modified even far beyond the amps original possibilities by the internal processors such as multiple stomp effect emulations (up to 4 simultaneously), master effects, equalizer, gain, amp definition, power sagging etc. The Kemper Profiling Amplifier is already delivered with several painstaking amp profiles on board so you don't necessarily have to make your own profiles. It is now possible for the first time to take a precise snapshot of your own amplifier sound, modify it (if desired) and use it for practice, in the studio or on stage without carrying heavy equipment.
