Dirk Duske

Dirk Duske has been working as a DJ since 1985, and professionally since 1992. He completed degree programmes in Mechanical Engineering and Media Technology, graduating in both fields as a Diplom-Ingenieur.

As an author, he published the first German-language DJ textbook, Gut aufgelegt!, which is now in its 11th edition and has sold 15,000 copies to date.

Since 2005, Dirk has been teaching DJing at the Städtische Musikschule Chemnitz, and since 2007 he has worked as a content creator/manager for Ortofon. He is also currently touring Germany as a VJ with two different event formats.
