The level of talent this year has been seriously impressive, and we can’t wait to see who will come out on top. The next stage is now in the hands of the official jury: Over the coming weeks, they’ll review the finalists and choose the band that will earn a spot at the Montreux Jazz Festival. 🎸
We’ll reveal the winner right here on June 15th – and for one band, an unforgettable dream will become reality. ✨

Playing live at the iconic Montreux Jazz Festival is the kind of opportunity bands dream about. Together with Shure and the Montreux Jazz Festival, we set out to make that dream possible once again. 🎵
🎤✨Applications are officially closed – and the response was incredible. We received a huge number of submissions from talented artists around the world, and we want to thank every band and musician who joined in. The creativity, energy, and passion in your entries were seriously inspiring. ❤️
With so many strong submissions, narrowing it down was no easy task. But the Top 10 finalists have now been selected – and the next step is in your hands. Vote for the act you want to see move forward and show your support.
The 3 artists with the most votes will advance to the final jury round, where the winning band will be chosen.
Voting is open until May 31st, 2026.
