This little nifty craftmanship is always in my fannypack. Within 6/7 seconds you have a device that records professional quality sound. The app is pretty good, with some lags, but this ain't a review for the app. It just works seemlesly in anyone that is prone to using apple and Zoom devices; this will add majorly to your setup.

Great Device, Poor Software

The app for the recorder is rubbish to use in my honest opinion and although you can use it with other applications like Garageband the Zoom app is best for monitoring the recording and helps to boost the signal. The device itself is great for getting quality recordings on the go. The IQ7 might be a better option but these devices are so brilliant for foley, sound design and recording nature sounds.

Got this item for recording acoustic demos at home and I must say it's incredible. The sound quality is amazing and the record volume is very high, so i have to keep gain between 5-6 when recording,

The included windscreen comes in handy when recording some outdoor gigs.
