Goede lead-plectrum

Hét beste plectrum dat ik tot nu toe voor het aanslaan van individuele snaren heb mogen gebruiken!

Ze zijn niet lomp en dik, waardoor aanslaan soepel aanvoelt en het materiaal is zeer stug: ondanks dat het plectrum 1mm dik is geeft het totaal niet mee. Dit in de combinatie met de zeer scherpe punt waarmee deze plectra geleverd worden zorgt voor een vaste en soepele ervaring.

Enige nadeel: doordat ze met zo'n scherpe punt geleverd worden is het prettig om elke paar weken een nieuwe te gebruiken. De punt wordt namelijk relatief snel bot. Goed dat ze niet heel duur zijn.

Great picks

These picks are very good suited for speedy picking.
I play fast metal riffs, and most pickups just end up sounding pretty scratchy when you do the fast stuff.
The pros:
They are solid and hard, with a sharp point, which makes for a clear attack sound without loss of speed. No flapping, like with most Dunlop picks, which I find pretty annoying for anything but acoustic guitar. They also seem to not wear down at all, which is surprising. Most picks are pretty quickly gone when you play 167 bpm speed- and thrash metal, but these almost feel like they are made of metal, but without the clangs that e.g. a coin would give.
Cons:
None, really, unless you mind a cannabis leaf on your picks, which for some people might give some annoying questions from squares or parents.

All in all, they are well made, nicely shaped, great picks, for a good price.

My favourite picks and go to since years. Switching between DUnlops and these ones, depending on what I play. Got one from a fellow musician because I was running out of picks... and I had to get hem for myself. The last incredibly long and the grip is amazing. COuld come in different colours though as I tend to loose them and never find them again ... That reminds me... i need to order new ones.

The grip is good, however because of the material, the dust they produce isn't unlike the plastic dust from ordinary pickups. It's much finer and I would be very careful with open pore finished guitars, as it could stick in the pores and get you ugly stains. Plus it stains your fingers as well. Would rather recommend the Dunlop Max Grips.
