My go to basspicks
I use these for playing bass on my own recordings. They have a very nice attack and because of their shape they are surprisingly ergonomic.
Even when they are damaged to the point where they should be replaced they still play fine, but you might slip a bit more due to the edge shaving off slowly but surely.
Pro's:
- Ergonomic design allows for a comfortable and secure grip
- Nice attack due to the thickness and the material
Con's:
- Tortex seems to wear down more easily than any other material I've tried, but it's only a minor flaw
- The Turtle is always laughs at you for being a guitarist with a bass instead of a well rounded bassplayer.

Lekker spelende plectrums.

Guitar picks for the heavy handed guitar/bass player
These large triangle picks from Dunlop are excellent for guitar/bass players that like to put a lot of force in their picking. The picks do not flex at all, and the large surface area makes them comfortable to hold on to.
Pro:
- Large surface area to hold onto
- Rough finish provides good grip
- 3 tips essentially gives you 3 picks
- Rounded tip for smooth attack
Con:
- Depending on how hard you pick you can burn through them rather quickly, especially on bass
- Grip starts to weaken when you sweat heavily
In essence, these picks are great for anyone that wants to have a larger pick to hold onto whilst playing. They transfer way more energy into the strings that smaller picks. For stage use these are excellent as well, just be sure to dry them off once they feel a bit wet.
Other than that, great set of 6 picks (which is essentially 18 because of the 3 sides)

Solid long lasting bass picks
As the title says, solid picks. They last a long time, and have a good grip. It's my pick of chooise and has been for many years. Would recommend to everyone who is a medium to hard hitting pick player.
