Very strange, modern, and fascinating instrument. The more you patch around the Fusebox X, the more interesting the sound becomes. The Cut-off and resonance respond more from patching, and draws out more interesting sounds. Using any external sequencer along with the Fusebox's internal 'Patternator' creates melodic collisions which will make you laugh out loud. I completely forget to ad a reverb pedal to it because the sound is so fine. You hear notes, tones but also the voltage if that makes sense. Nobody on youtube has so far presented anywhere near what the Fusebox X can sound like.

Pues ha sido una compra cara e impulsiva como ninguna, fue amor a primera vista y la verdad es que no pudo ser más acertada.
Ninguna pega, en serio, es perfecto, para mi claro, como todo.
El sonido es rudo y crudo, agresivo y contundente. Yo lo uso para líneas de bajo y se ha convertido en el mejor bajo del mundo. Usas un solo oscilador y ya llena el tema sobradamente. Y cuando vas añadiendo los demás la cosa llega a niveles alucinantes. Cerrando el decay de la envolvente el bajo se hace rítmico y muy bailable, y la combinación con el secuenciador (tipo Sh-101) hace que te cueste usarlo en otra figura que no sea la de bajo. Lo que llaman patternator es una genialidad, tanto para modular pitch como para lo que sea, y la ganancia rítmica es evidente. Y el filtro, eso que tanto nos llama la atención, es muy divertido, muy agresivo y con una resonancia que apetece subir a cada poco. Las opciones que tiene de CV le añaden mucha textura y mucha más profundidad.
Para mi, es posiblemente el sintetizador más divertido que tengo, puedes jugar durante horas con él, y sólo con él, sin echar de menos nada.
