Elacin ER20s

Since I lost my customized ear protection made by Fischer Amps, I needed new ear protection and I did not have the time to order new customized ones.
At first I was skeptical about the sound and comfort because I was used to customized and I often had problems with ear protecion because my ear canals are quite small.
So I was suprised how good the Elacin ER20s sound. The difference between these and the Fischer Amps I used before isn't that great. However, the Elacin ear protection isn't as comfortable to wear and at first it was difficult to insert them properly.
All in all, I think it's great way to protect your ears for little money.

I use these at loud gigs and also band rehearsals. They are very decent sounding, easy to use and quite comfortable.
They come with a detachable cord and a little case (when cord is attached you can put the plugs in a box and wear it on your neck when not used).
Before I got these I used earplugs with an earpiece that had to be mounted in ear, it was a bit annoying and storing wasn't as easy. After doing some research it seemed like the ER20s will be just fine and I'm quite happy with them.
They are not perfect but you would probably need to go custom made route and spend ten times more money to notice significant improvement in sound quality and comfort.
These are size S and they fit ok in my ears, I would say that my ears are standard/average size, perhaps a tiny bit towards small.
Overall they are good earplugs and I would recommend them but due to different ear and ear canal sizes this is very subjective. You may need to go through couple of different brands and sizes before you know what you need/like but these are perfect pair to start with.

Im a dummer and I have been looking for affordable ear protection. overall I think these ear plugs are good. They protect your ears, but the music still sound somehow natural.
A couple of things to keep in mind:
-After a long session your ear might star hurting because these ear plugs are a bit hard.
-Forget about putting headphone over them.

As I said I think these ear plugs are decent, but, as a drummer, I might recommend to look for other options.
