The Gem of Valuable Spare Parts

The PR:O 12 is a great sounding speaker for the higher frequencies, so you'll know all about it when the HF diaphragm fails. At approx. 20 euros for the replacement, I found myself fortunate to have such affordable replacement parts for my speakers. Installation was quick and simple, any person can use a screwdriver and that's the only tool needed so do not be afraid to install this yourself. Personally, I've only had one issue with these speakers since I purchased them in 2007, so I'm not too worried about reliability if a self-service repair costs €20 and takes 30 mins every few years.

Perfect replacement

I have used this diaphragm to replace blown ones in my HK Premium PR:O 15X speakers and they are perfect. Easy to change, no hassle.. They're not too expensive, so I always have one or two around.

This is a spare from the original equipment manufacturer, so is a perfect fit.

I used this to replace the HF diaphram in an HK PR:O 12, and the whole process took less than 10 minutes, including the time to remove the horn from the cabinet. The horn has locating lugs for the diaphram module so there is no possibility of assembling it wrong.
