I bought 3 units of these converters just to see how they work with my setup. I have 3 Universal Apollo QUAD interfaces and I wanted to feed the SPDIF inputs of the interfaces with very low budget analog to digital converters. I'm running my DAW at 48kHz and these converters deliver the audio from the synthesizers without hickups! I am more than delighted about these converters and I can recommend these to anyone looking for low budget conversion from analog to digital domain. Inputs are RCA connectors, PSU is solid and I bought regular RCA cable to connect between the converter and the Apollo. You have option to send out ADAT SPDIF signal, but I'm using the RCA connection. If I am going to expand my digital interfaces further more with SPDIF inputs, these are the units I will hook up to add more analog sources!

Great adding audio inputs to your interface

I own a babyface and with this little baby, I managed to double its number of audio inputs!
It can also get the 9volts it needs from usb using something like this

Works fine but limited

This device does what it says and does is with clear sound and no noise. The build quality feels fine, heavier then expected.
The sample rate is limited to 192khz, so the receiving end will also have to use this rate for it to receive a signal.
I would pay for a device just like this with the option of choosing differrent sample rates.
