Tall drummers, look no further!

As a 6-foot-3 drummer, I seem to be affected more than usual by the attendant back issues that come with driving long distances to lug heavy gear and play long gigs! So it's really important that I have a stool that I can 1) raise very very high so as not to put strain on my hips, and 2) stay completely still and not wobble at the limits of its height, throwing my centre of gravity all over the place.

After several years of spending anything up to €300 on supposed top-of-the-line thrones from various big name manufacturers, I've found the answer for a fraction of the price. It's very light and portable, and stays perfectly steady because it doesn't rely on a spindle design, and comfortably reaches the height range advertised. This last point is worth considering for any tall players looking at a hydraulic stool. The height range advertised for these is based on the stool at rest. However, when you sit on a hydraulic stool the height inevitably goes down an inch or two.

One tiny criticism for this throne: I would love if the foam padding was even a tiny bit thicker and softer.

Overall, a terrific stool for the price, and well worth a go if you're a taller drummer looking for the right stool from which to play at the correct height. Cheers!

Love the seat, however it seems to wobble on the top of the throne unless it's secured tightly, which can be annoying. Also the hardware is far too heavyweight for my taste, could be a lot lighter. Also the levels between each height is too much, it'd be nice to have more flexibility. Overall though, great.

bei dem Stuhl kann man geteilter Meinung sein.
Das Gestellt ist super stabil, die Höhenverstellung hervorragend. Ich halte ihn ebenso geeignet für Drummer wie Keyboarder/Pianisten.
Ich nutze ihn am Klavier/Keyboards und sitze eher hoch, nicht zu verwechseln mit einer Stehhilfe.
Was (mich) jedoch wirklich stört ist der wackelnde Sitzaufsatz. Entweder ist das Rohr nicht wirklich gut verarbeitet, da das Rohr des Sitzes für das Rohr am Gestell zu groß wirkt, Das ist keine gute Passung. Man kann zwar die Schraube festziehen, die löst sich aber während eines Auftritts immer wieder, dann sitzt man nicht mehr ruhig und der Stuhl fängt an zu knarzen. Gut, das Knarzen geht in der Geräuschkulisse des Auftrittes unter.

Ich weiß nicht, ob andere auch diese Erfahrung mit dem Stuhl gemacht haben.
Ich denke ich werde das beim Herstellen bemängeln.

Excellent siège batterie

Je l'ai acheté un peu à l'aveugle et ai été surpris par la qualité de ce siège.

Plutôt pratique pour un usage à domicile. Il est relativement lourd et sera difficile à démonter si on lui ajoute un repose pied. Le repose pied bloque les pieds en position ouverte.
Donc à garder pour chez soi.

Confortable, bien fini et robuste !
