K&M make fine products. Konig and Mayer. I have bought their drum thrones and added these back rests. I would really recommend having a back rest for work. K&M back rest is strong, practical, durable & comfortable. I have 2 of the Nick drum thrones with back rests. One in Cork & One in Dublin. They are a little bulky for transport but mine fits nicely attached to seat in my hardware case. Well worth it. Good value.
