Good DI-box

The fact that you can run two signals through this DI-box is great! I use it for my stereo output from my keyboard. The box is silent and the keyboard sound is good when routed though this box.

It surely is a good bargain if you want to save money. I?ve previously used more expensive DI-Boxes and I can not hear a big difference in the sounds.

I think the quality is good, but maybe not the best.

The best thing about this box is surely that you can run two signals through it and that saves money on not having to buy two separate DI-boxes.

The box also sounds good with electroacoustic guitar. Good purchase! Light and small!

I use this DI on live performance using an AKAI EWI USB: computer>audio card>volume pedal>ART DI>PA. It sounds fantastic. It has ground lift and a very clean and robust output signal. There is one drawback. The on/off switch is right next to a large bolt that keeps the battery latch closed. The bolt was very tight and I couldn't remove it by hand. Using a pair of pliers, I broke the switch. Not the internal switch, just the clear plastic push piece. It still works fine, but it would be better if they could put that bolt somewhere further away from the on/off switch.

I've found the ART Dualxdirect to be a reliable and versatile tool in my audio setup. It's well-made and works seamlessly with either battery or 48v supply. The ground lift and attenuator features have been particularly useful in reducing hum and signal noise. I've used it as a DI, splitter, and extender, and it's performed admirably in each role. The sound quality is clean and transparent, although I have noticed some slight signal loss when using the attenuator. Overall, it's a solid addition to my rig, and I appreciate its compact design and ease of use. I've had some instances of earth hum, but the ground lift feature has helped to mitigate this issue. As a DI box, it's been handy in many situations, and I've been impressed with its stability and reliability.

Fairly transparent, easy to use DI. It is useful as a signal splitter when tracking guitars and you need multiple parallel inputs. The ground lift and attenuator work well although a switch to add gain would be useful.
