Good product, but Thomann sent me a broken one
The switcher was very poorly packaged so the channel 8 switch results damaged. I've been since July 10 trying to solve this issue but the store insisted in telling me that in first place i have to proceed claiming to UPS. Just today UPS answered me to requuest some photos, so i'm a little upsetted right now because de customer service is not taking real action on this and i really dont know when i'll get a usable switcher. This it could take a long long time, so fellows, you must think twice before to make international buys with sellers like this one.
