Die Verarbeitung dieses spanischen Geräts aus stabilem transparentem Kunststoff ist makellos. Die mitgelieferte Tasche aus Weichplastik wird für gelegentliche Transporte etwas Schutz bieten. Die Bedienung erschließt sich einem mehr oder weniger intuitiv, auch ohne die mitgelieferte workarge Kurzanleitung.

Je nach Einatem-Kraft steigen ein, zwei- oder drei Bälle auf, je nach Lungenvolumen und/oder trainierter Atemdosierung bleiben sie unterschiedlich lange oben. An Anleitung könnte man sich etwas mehr vorstellen, wie beispielsweise ein Trainingsschema nach Jacobs. Man merkt an anleitung und Beschriftung, dass der Hintergrund dieses Geräts im medizinischen Bereich liegt. Mein einziger Kritikpunkt liegt darin, dass aus der Beschreibung des Artikels (...floworientiert...) nicht klar hervorging, dass es ein reines Ein-Atem-Funktionsgerät darstellt. Das Ausatmen kann mit diesem Gerät nicht bestimmungsgemäß trainiert werden.

Der Trick meines Sohnes, das Teil einfach umzudrehen und hineinzublasen, funktioniert zwar, aber der Tri-Ball verschmutzt durch diesen (Miss-)Gebrauch schnell.

Très bon outil de respiration

Je l’ai utilisé pour améliorer ma prise d’air quand j’ai débuté la trompette. Depuis je l’ai offerte à un proche insuffisant respiratoire car c’est également utilisé en suites de chirurgie lourde et en pneumologie pour rééduquer les poumons ! On peut également le mettre à l’envers pour travailler l’expiration.

Gut fürs ein dreiphasiges Einatemtraining

Man kann mitdem Tri-Ball drei Arten des Einatmens trainieren, und zwar in dieser Reihenfolge:Flache Einatmung, wenn man nur den ersten Ball "hebt" und während des Einatmens hält. Man muß also darauf achten, nicht den 2. oder sogar den 3. Ball zu heben. Dann kommt eine etwas tiefere Einatmung, bei der die ersten beiden Bälle gehoben werden. Und dann die tiefe Einatmung, mit allen drei Bällen.

Das Ziel ist also nicht, möglichst tiefe Einatmung zu trainieren, sondern genau unterschiedene Arten Einzuatmen. Manche Atemprobleme kommen nämlich davon, daß man nur tiefe Atmung forciert. Auch zu empfehlen für Leute, die vormittags leichte Astmaprobleme haben und morgens die Atemfunktionen etwas stimulieren möchten.

Este produto é habitualmente utilizado com fins médicos, contudo, como os instrumentistas de sopro usam a sua capacidade pulmonar para tocar o seu instrumento, este acessório é excelente para para visualizar a velocidade do ar, em três níveis de dificuldade. Na sua versão da Thomann, presenta uma excelente relação de qualidade/preço. Recomendado!
