Get rid of loosening tuning rods

They work as intended; no more loosening tuning rods on your snare or toms. I play a lot of rimshots on the snare and the tuning rods under my left hand tend to loosen quite easily even after just a couple of hours of playing. Similarly, some tuning rods on the toms begin to come undone, especially after heavier hits. These tension locks prevent that from happening, at least nowhere near as fast. One pack is already enough to cover most of the problematic tuning screws, since you most likely need one or two per drum, and not a tension lock for every screw on a drum. I bought one pack and was able to cover two snares and four toms quite well.

If you have other than triple-flanged hoops, you might have some problems putting these in place. Happened to me with the diecast hoop on my snare, but not a major issue.

Works very well

I was looking for tension locks for a long time now, and only find bad reviews about other ones. Then Tama released those ones, and I bought them, without knowing if they works well or not. I used 10 of them for my snare for 2 months, and it stayed tuned for the 2 months. I bought 30 more for my whole kit in July, and I don't regret it. Re-tuning my drum every week is now a part from the past!

They works, but get lost easily

Bought first set of them few years for studio work (not all drums' tuning keep very stable when you hit hard), they do their job around 95% of the time, tuning is keeping solid for much longer and seems like tuning is loosing more because of wear of drumheads not tension rods spinning.
However they do have few cons:
1. they get lost quite easily, especially if you bring your drums to gigs(both because of vibration and the fact that they are not holding too tight on tension rods)
2. they have angles where they are working and angles where they are slipping, so at sometimes they won't do their job at all, and i found that pretty frustrating with some more "harder to tune" drums because few degrees on tension rods really make huge difference.
Anyway, bought another set because they still do the job.
