Excellent kit!

Excellent shielding kit! Very simple to use, and the different sizes really help in shielding the tricky spots. The glue is conductive and multimeter shows continuity if you overlap it. Comes with wires and solder. Everything i needed to shield my guitar and redo all the connections. I got two kits because i have a Jazzmaster and the cavity is pretty huge, but for a Strat, Tele, or any other guitar with just the pickup and back cavities like Gibson, one kit will be enough. The shielded wire is ok, but the other wire they provide could have been a bit thicker, seems kinda weak but works flawlessly. The only other downside is the instructions are only in german. So they were useless to me. It should at least be also in english, even if they just google translate it, it would be better than nothing. But there's youtube videos everywhere about shielding so you don't really need a piece of paper to tell you how to do it. Still, they might have their own special way of doing it but i'd never know that because of one language instructions. Instructions or not, this is a great product for the price!

Good conductive characteristics

The cooper tape is very good with regards to conductivity and gluing. It's very easy to install and even if you overlap it it still maintains conductivity.
The only minor point was the way the several portions were cut, it wasn't easy to adapt it to a SSS Stratocaster body and nearly wasn't enough for everything. I mean, if it has different types of cut you expect then to be suiting a guitar, in reality nothing was said about being for a Stratocaster body.

bit short on material

THe material were all fine and worked well. But I used this for the internal cavity of a Jazzmaster (which has a slightly large body than a strat/tele) - there was not enough foil to do the whole cavity. Frankly I though that was a bit cheap given that it would cost a minimal amount to give a bit of room to move with the foil. Because there is a relatively small amount it could mean having to buy two packs.
