? A message to our dear contest participants ?

Your feedback as customers is very important to us.

That’s why we’ve been following the comments and messages about the Easter Egg competition carefully and have reviewed the answers again.

? Since there were some misunderstandings regarding the number of carrots, we would like to raffle off two more 50-Euro Thomann vouchers among those participants who have submitted “10” carrots as an answer and also filled out the other fields correctly.

The two winners will be contacted by email on 21/04/2020 and their names will be published in the blog post. Please take note that the raffle has ended accordingly. We would be happy to see you again at the next raffle.

Your Team Thomann

✨ And the winners are…✨

️? Chantal Lederer ?
️? Andrei Malcoci ?
️? Steve Gijrath ?

Congrats to all of you for getting all 5 questions right and for being chosen in the draw! Enjoy your €200 vouchers! ???

    - The carrots are clearly 10 - The winners of this "new" 10-carrot draw will receive a 50-euro voucher. - The FALSE winners will still get the 200-euro voucher. Funny? Sad? Don't know any more... But surely dissapointing.

Is this a joke??? Really, you call that a "misunderstanding"?!? You have clearly made a mistake, and you're still not willing to admit that! This is just laughing in our faces! If you really wanted to show that you care about your customers then you would take responsibility for your actions - admit that the correct answer to the question was 10 carrots and choose 3 new winners which would receive 200 Euro vouchers just like you promised in the beginning. I'm really disappointed by your behavior.
    2. Gianluca says:
Ok, we've understood that the REAL winners will get only n.2 voucher of 50 euro.. while FALSE winners have taken n.3 voucher of 200 euro... but please if the REAL winners have been selected on 21/4/2020, when you have intention to publish these names???
  3. Nuno says:
You cannot be reliable on a Easter contest, can’t you? At least have your answers straight before publishing a contest. Clearly you didn’t count the number of carrots in person and took the answer from a lazy frame from the video. There were ten and it was hard to find out, but it’s the truth. You still don’t owe us vouchers or something, or even re-do this thing. An apology would do wonders at this time and do a better work next time. I hope you think about it. From a happy and loyal costumer.
  4. Gianluca says:
it's incredibile how Thomann ignores our comments.. and it's very sad because we're speaking about an Easter contest.. no words for this unprofessional and unfair behavior!!
  5. Lucas says:
Almost all the thomann blogs - DE, FR, IT, NL and FI say that the answer was 8 carrots, but we all know this is not true! I agree with others, the evidence clearly shows that the correct answer is 10 carrots! Thomann, you cannot just ignore everyone, you should show that you care and explain this situation. Please don't ignore us, be professional and if you made a mistake, revise the winners. Thank you.
  6. Gianluca says:
Hello all, on the italian blog Thomann openly declares that carrots are 8 but we all know that IT'S A BIG MISTAKE!! https://www.thomann.de/blog/it/concorso-di-pasqua-2020/ Carrots are clearly 10!!! Thomann should review its decision adding 3 REAL winners!!!
  7. Aaron says:
That's true what others have already said, if the organizers of this contest thought that the correct answer is 8 carrots, then the results should be revised and new winners chosen, as the evidence provided by Thomas with 10 carrots highlighted is indisputable. Thomann, please listen to us - your fans and customers - and sort this out. We really just want this to be fair for everyone.
  8. Oliver says:
I agree with what the comments are saying. There were definitely 10 carrots in the video and therefore the winners should be reviewed. Thank you Thomas for posting the screenshot with highlighted carrots. Because of that, there really is no debate about what the right answer is.
  9. Chris says:
We should ask Thomann to publish the correct answers. If they indeed think the arrots were 8 (maybe this is just a hoax), then yes, they should review the contest winners as there were clearly 10 carrots alright
  10. Nick says:
I got that wrong i only saw 9 but if it is true that Thomann took as correct answer 8 they have to revisit it for sure. 2 carrots off is a big mistake. At first i thought if this is so difficult to get how would they(Thomann) know the correct answer but then again they might had already counted during the making of the video and not after like us. But it seems this is not the case LOL.
