Does what it says but not ideal for hands free use.

I bought this hoping to be able to use a mic hands free whilst moving around.

Whilst yes, it does hold the microphone very well and safely, it leaves it in a position where it does not seem to pick up sound when speaking normally. I found that in order to actually use the mic, I still had to hold it or position my head so that I ended up speaking into my chest - definitely not ideal!

So - if you don't mind holding the mic when speaking but need an easy way to keep it in easy reach when moving around without having to hold it - this product is ideal.

If like me, you need to be able to speak hands free - I suggest to invest in a headset primarily. Although a mic & this neck strap are good to have as a budget friendly backup, and I'm happy to have them as a backup.

These are very hard to source so I have bought a number of these. They fit all mikes, the strap is adjustable and is comfortable to wear! Excellent alternative to investing in a wireless head mike :)

Nützlich und bequem

Häufig trete ich als Zauberkünstler auf. Da brauche ich beide Hände. Headsets oder Lavalier-Mikros sind bei den Veranstaltern selten vorhanden, und Mikro-Ständer nageln mich zu sehr auf einem Platz fest. Da ist dieser Umhängegurt absolut unbezahlbar. (Aber eben doch preiswert) Einige Mikrofon-Fabrikaten kippen gerne mal weg, aber selbst bei kabelgebundenen Mikros habe ich absolute Bewegungsfreiheit und muss mir um die Sprachverstärkung keinerlei Gedanken machen.

Belle idee mais la realisation reste a desirer:
Les micros standars tel le SM58 sont trop petits pour y etre cale parfaitement, a n'utiliser que pour les shure sans fil qui sont plus gros.
D'autre part le systeme ne permet pas de chanter en ayant la tete droite, il faut la baisser pour etre en face du micro, un calvaire pour les batteurs.
En resume ce systeme a la Coluche ne m'a pas convaincu.
