Perfect language skills in English and preferably one other language
Working experience in customer service, call centres or general sales
A competent business manner and willingness to learn
Knowledge of standard office software applications
Job description:
Processing orders, email and telephone enquiries
Translation of product features and marketing activities
Acting as a gateway between international customers and the product specialists (eg PA, Studio, Guitar etc.)
