Every day we receive more than 120.000 emails. Sometimes several team members work on the same request. Therefore, you can make things easier for us, if you include your phone number and - if possible - your customer number in your emails. Some things can be handled much faster by phone. In cases of longer email exchanges, please include all previous communications with your new email, so we don't have to bother you with the same explanation twice ;-) Thanks a lot!
