An honest mandolin for beginners with a bit of DIY skills
I have bought this mandolin to give it a try with a new instrument and for the money is in general a good learning tool.Quality wise is ok for a 80 euro mandolin ,but expect not a whole lot attention to details and be ready to some DIY work. Tuning pegs will need some adjustment, some may be a bit loose and will get you tuning problems,and it may need a small adjustement to the truss rod as well. The factory strings are indeed poor quality ones,hard and bad sounding,I would suggest to buy new ones to replace them at once. The magnetic pick up sounds quite good,volume and tone control knobs are not very sensitive but then again,what you get for the money is fine.
