Guitare très ergonomique dans l'ensemble, la touche en ébène fait vraiment la différence, le look est vraiment cool, la découpe permet d'accéder jusqu'à la 24ème frette sans soucis, le jaune arrache pas mal la rétine, c'est un réel plaisir de jouer sur cette guitare ;)

Les cordes livrées sur la guitare sont des BlackSmith, elles étaient pas vraiment neuves et le tirant était très "light" pour une guitare axée sur le métal/shred...
L'action est un peu basse, vraiment très proche de la touche à mon goût, mais cela se règle sans soucis !

J'ai été un peu déçu des micros Duncan Solar qui n'ont vraiment pas beaucoup de patate en clean comme en disto, je pense les changer très prochainement.
Pour faire la comparaison, j'ai sur ma deuxième guitare des micros double bobinage Quantum, et en studio ils sont beaucoup plus performants.

Petit bémol sur la livraison, la guitare n'est pas vraiment bien protégée dans son packaging, pas de mousse qui protège la tête, simplement un emballage, qui ne recouvre même pas la totalité du corps, et la guitare n'est pas maintenue dans son carton; c'est un point pratique à améliorer.

Dans l'ensemble, c'est une très bonne guitare, les matériaux de fabrication sont incroyables pour cette gamme de prix.

Hingucker von Solar

Habe diese Gitarre nun seit etwa 2 Jahren in meinem Besitz und sie ist seitdem der Hingucker in meiner Gitarrenecke. Die aggressiv grüne Farbe sticht schon sehr hervor, für mich aber gerade das schöne daran. Gerade unter Schwarzlicht bietet sich ein super Kontrast zwischen dem schwarzen (Ja bis auf das Logo komplett schwarz, sehr schick) Griffbrett und dem Grün. Positiv gefällt mir an der Gitarre die Verarbeitung, hier konnte ich keinerlei Mängel feststellen sowie die schöne Form und Balance des Körpers auch am Gurt. Der Sound (ich spiele sie hauptsächlich in drop D) könnte für meinen Geschmack etwas mehr Druck haben. Ist aber relativ und für passive Tonabnehmer ist es schon sehr ordentlich was herauskommt. Im clean Bereich habe ich sie selten gespielt, hört sich aber sauber und umfangreich an. Die Mechaniken sind ebenfalls alle in schwarz und halten die Stimmung der Gitarre stabil. Einziges Manko hier sind die Standardmechaniken. Hier wären locking tuner wirklich cool gewesen.
Alles in allem eine schicke Gitarre die sich bestimmt auch gut auf Bühnen präsentieren lässt und sich gut im härteren Bereich der Musik einordnen lässt.

Top Gitarre für einen fairen Preis

Bis jetzt habe ich nur auf einem Einsteigermodell (Harley Benton) gespielt. Als ich die Solar probiert habe, war ich sofort begeistert. Nicht nur das auffällige optische Design, sondern auch der Ton der E-Gitarre hat mich umgehauen.
Die Tonabnehmer sorgen für eine, selbst bei hohem Gain, akkurate Hörbarkeit jeder gespielten Note (auch bei Akkorden). Mit ihr lassen sich vor allem aggressive Riffs ausgezeichnet spielen, dazu kommt aber auch ein sehr klarer akustischer Klang.
Die Gitarre ist nicht zu schwer, aber auch kein Fliegengewicht. Durch ihre Form kommt man sehr bequem an die höheren Lagen heran.
Die Verarbeitung fühlt sich sehr angenehm an und dank ihrer auffälligen Farbe ist sie ein echter Hingucker. Auf ihrem Hals war beim Öffnen ein kleines Stück Kleber, welches sich nicht sehr einfach entfernen lies und nicht komplett weg ist. Es ist aber eher unauffällig. Außerdem musste ich sie bis jetzt häufig stimmen.
Die Solar Guitars A2.6 LN ist eine wunderbare Gitarre, die optisch und klanglich überzeugt.

The Swedish Answer to Japanese Ibanez Guitars

There were many fears that the instrument could be damaged when the guitar was delivered from Germany to Moscow. However, the Thomann employees I spoke to by mail convinced me not to worry, as all shipments are insured. Well ... I took a chance! The guitar was delivered in 7 days safe and sound. The packaging was sturdy, so there was minimal chance of damage in transit.

Now about the guitar itself. The instrument is powerful and very well thought out in terms of ergonomics: you can reach 24 frets without any problems. The appearance is amazing. Matte non-marking body, well-thought-out shape: it is convenient to play both in a sitting position and while standing. The color is very bright and stylish. Exactly what I wanted. Now I'm thinking of putting neon orange strings on it.

In my opinion, Duncan Solar humbuckers are not best pickups, but for their price segment they are great for heavy sound. Anyway, with a good combo amp, the guitar sounds really great! And if you also choose the right pedal ...

In general, for its price segment, the Solar A2 guitar is very cool in terms of materials of manufacture and electronic body kit. And by the way, even though the guitar is aimed at heavy music, you can easily tune it to get an acoustic guitar-like surround sound for home gatherings with guests. In this regard, I would call this guitar very versatile.
