Ich habe lange auf so ein Cajon gewartet, aber es hat sich gelohnt! Es wird in einem Acoustic-Trio (semi-plugged) bei verschiedensten Gigs verwendet und kann jetzt schön abgenommen werden. Sowohl optisch als auch akustisch macht es eine gute Figur, auch die Verarbeitung gibt keinen Grund zu Klagen. Das Ansprechverhalten ist, egal ob mit den Händen, mit Sticks, mit Besen oder wie bei mir hauptsächlich mit einer auf Cajon-Betrieb umgerüsteten Pearl-Fußmaschine, durchaus ansprechend und kommt satt durch. In Verbindung mit einem Minimixer, an dem auch ein Tenayo-Ukulelen-Bass und ein 8-saitiges Luna-Ukulele hängen und teilweise gleichzeitig mit dem Cajon bespielt werden, ist alles in Handreichweite regelbar und man kann somit einen tollen Groove erzeugen.

I have used this cajon in quite a few gigs and rehearsals, it is an amazing sounding instrument, rich with very useful features. I use it when I’m asked to do percussion and I’m the only one doing it. I use a snare stand to prop it up from under, and I add another stand next to it with a crash cymbal, so I can play both cajon and cymbal standing up making it sound like a more complete percussion set that will fit a wide range of scenarios. Kind of like a hybrid between a drum kit and a more traditional cajon sound.

Band mates and sound engineers alike are always amazed when they learn about its integrated subwoofer style construction and specially when they learn it can be plugged in which greatly simplifies sound for gigs with quick changeover and recording setups alike.

It is worth every penny, highly recommend.

Epic sound through the pickup

Wanting a jack output Cajon for a church worship setting to get decent drums which we can control the volume. This packs a punch on the low end and with the tone set high, still gets nice clarity. Highly recommend this Cajon. Plays nice, wide seat too so very comfy.

Having played a wide range of cajons, this plays nicely acoustically, nothing drastically nicer than anything in similar price range I’ve paid before, but if you want a super easy way to mic up a cajon I’d recommend. The low end is properly punchy and sub bass kicks in nicely when plugged into a PA.
