DDMF Bridgewize

Hallo,
hier gekauft für 35 Euro. Installiert und gestartet, ein 32-Bit Plugin angewählt und die Bridge-Funktion dafür aktiviert. Eine neue .dll samt Ordner wird in einem Ordner seiner Wahl erstellt (bei mir Windows 10). Soweit sogut. Dann die DAW gestartet (bei mir Ableton 10 Standard) und Plugin-Ordner neu scannen lassen. Die neue dll mit Zusatz DDMF ist vorhanden und wird auch gefunden. Jedoch bei dem Versuch diese dll auf einer Spur zu Starten, kommt anstelle der GUI der DLL nur ein schwarzes Shell-artiges Fenster mit der Meldung "Bridge App is not running, please contact support". Sie läuft aber. Ok, als Standard-Prozedur erstmal geschaut ob Defender da was blockt, nachgeschaut, anscheinend nicht. Dann die App als Administrator starten lassen. Ändert nichts. Anderer dll-Ordner probiert, nichts. Neu installiert, diesmal auch mit Admin-Rechten, nichts. Immer das gleiche Ergebnis.
Anderes 32-Bit Plugin mit Bridge laufenlassen ob es vielleicht am dll selbst liegt, nichts! Nase voll...
Support angeschrieben und bis jetzt noch keine Reaktion.

Anscheinend 35 Euro zum Fenster rausgeworfen.

quick note - 1.1.7 will crash if you click options before adding any VST's to bridge! (have not tested 1.1.8). Once you've set some to bridge this is not an issue, very stable - hasn't crashed or caused crashes when in use (in Ableton)

If the window fails to resize when you load a vst (rarely happens) just remove and re-add it (or resize manually with something like AltDrag)

I have previously used jbridge but found it less stable and switched to this. May not hold for newer versions, just including for comparison

going to the website and entering my purchased email immediately gave me a download link for 1.1.8 (you may want to check your version if you have purchased from a reseller)

So far it has not failed to load any VST I've tried with it, a lot of small producers put out 32 bit vst's that will likely never be updated so this is pretty handy to have.

No complaints with regards to UI/UX (apart from the colours, but this is pretty minor, its hardly an eyesore and you wont be looking at it very often)
