The HB logo fell off during shipping from the factory, so... not a great start. Heavy, so... beware. Closes well enough, zero issues there. Some locking ability would be nice. Tough? Well... yes and no. It survived a return trip to Sweden, but the bottom (the side where the guitar's bottom is) bowed out (maybe 2cm?) by the time it got back to me. But not because it is a cheap case. Because it is a "universal case" and therefore my PRS was "dancing" inside it during the trip. The guitar survived without issues, but I think I just got lucky. The "universal foam" in it is very-very weak, so was not able to "grab" my guitar well enough. Prepare to put in your own foam. Or if I remove the universal foam and put a guitar in a regular soft case, and put the soft case in this, I am confident to send the guitar again to a trip. Just don't expect it to protect from humidity or anything like that. Purely and simply: just against dings and knocks. Would I buy again? No. Do I need one? Occasionaly. So... would I recommend it? Depends. But for the money,... I'm leaning towards probably.
