I am writing this review after buying an another 10U case. I am just about moving my studio and I need cases to bring my stuff to my new place. As anyone can guess money matters these days. So I chose Thomann Rack Case 10U. As I said in my review on this product if you need something to bring your stuff, Thomann is OK. But if you need a real rack case Gator should be your choice (of course, between these two items).

Great quality rack case

Really good quality rack case.

The latches are great quality and feel very sturdy. The case material itself feels really good quality.

The case comes supplied with bolts and washers, which isn't mentioned in the product listing, or on the gator website.

The supplied washers aren't great quality, so i'd recommend buying a pack of nylon m8 washers, or use the adam hall "Hum frees" instead.

It's worth noting that Gator use an imperial size bolt thread thats is a pain to source in europe. If you need replacements, you ma be limited to Gator.

On the whole a good quality case. Recommended.

A good rack to move around

Purchased this rack to use it in my DIT station.
A quite solid rack, light and safe.
The weakest part is the system to fix the devices to the rack itself.
There are metal profiles with holes for screws, that are not part of the rack itself. They are screwed to the rack.
The holes are not always well drilled so extra work has to be done to screw the devices to the box.
Quite happy with it.

Great case.

I loved this on our most recent tour because the non sleek surface kept it completely still in the van, never had to worry about my rig sliding about and getting damaged. It's slightly heavy, but that just means you can rest assured that everything's safe.
